Lady Gaga reveals all in her new book, “LADY GAGA x TERRY RICHARDSON”

Lady Gaga reveals all in her new book, “LADY GAGA x TERRY RICHARDSON” – shot by the famed photographer over the last year – and the singer also opened up about what it takes to land the Mama Monster herself.

“Talent and perseverance and pushing the boundaries of love and acceptance,” the 25-year-old music sensation told Access Hollywood guest correspondent Jill Martin.

Gaga, never afraid to raise an eyebrow or two, also shared another quality she looks for in a guy.

“I don’t know. I can’t really say. It ranges from a really big [expletive] to a degree at Harvard,” she continued. “Just about anything.”

The “You And I” singer also spoke about her hesitation to putting down roots.

“I’m not ready to buy a house. It feels like marriage or something. It’s like such a commitment. I don’t like it,” Gaga, who has been touring almost nonstop for the last two years, explained.

When not globetrotting, the Grammy winner stays with her family or at her best friend’s place.

“I do love being with my parents, but I also just really fear domestication. I just don’t have a home,” she continued. “I actually sleep [at] my best friend Bo’s, in her apartment a lot. She kicks her boyfriend onto the couch and it’s really funny. We stay up and watch movies.”

Gaga’s new book – which hit stores this week – gives fans unparalleled access to her life from the last year.

“This is me in my most completely vulnerable state. Terry was with me during breakups, during get-togethers, during party times, sad times, landmark moments in my career,” she explained. “When I wake up in the morning, going to sleep… he was there during these completely unadulterated, unmanufactured, completely authentic moments.”

Adding, “For those of you that ask me, ‘What do you look like in the morning?’ ‘What do you do when you get milk?’ ‘What do you look like at the grocery store?’ You’re going to get all of those answers in this book, because he doesn’t believe in farce.”

In addition to her new book, the singer will also appear on “A Very Gaga Thanksgiving,” which airs Thursday at 9:30 PM on ABC. Plus, catch more of Jill Martin’s interview with the chart-topping star on Access Hollywood tonight.

Lady Gaga named catwalk queen

Pop star Lady Gaga has seen off competition from Kate Moss and Beyonce to be crowned queen of the celebrity catwalk.

The 25-year-old 'Poker Face' hitmaker topped a survey to coincide with London Fashion Week for her bizarre range of stage outfits in a poll conducted by clothing brand Hot Tuna, reported Contactmusic.

Stylish supermodel Kate Moss came second in the poll, and newlywed royal Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, was in third.

The top five was rounded out by Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow, but singer-turned-fashionista Victoria Beckham was placed bottom of the list, behind Rihanna and model/actress Kelly Brook.

Prince Harry topped the men's list, with soccer ace David Beckham and Kasabian rocker Serge Pizzorno in second and third respectively. "Although clothes don't feature much in Lady Gaga's wardrobe, we're not surprised she came out top. And Prince Harry has proved he's fashion royalty over the past few months, although we're not sure his sister-in-law will be too impressed that he ranked above her," a representative of the clothing brand said.

Lady Gaga's Sister Natali Germanotta Steps Out

Lady Gaga has been maintaining a slightly lower public profile in the past month. Lower is relative when discussing a worldwide phenomenon.
But with a new Cher duet being released this month ("The Greatest Thing") and "Born This Way Ball" preparations, she's a busy Lady. She couldn't even manage a showing at the VMAs, sending Jo Calderone in her wake.

This week, Lady Gaga's 19-year-old sister spoke to PEOPLE about the eccentric star. Fresh out of high school, Natali Germanotta has avoided the celebrity life chosen by her sister, making only a brief appearance in the music video for the hit song "Telephone."

Natali encourages her older sister's public image. She explains, "She asked me, 'Should I dress really conservative and look not like myself, or should I do it over-the-top and freak everybody out?,'" she reminisces about helping Gaga prepare for the her graduation. "And I was like, 'The latter, definitely the latter.'" (According to PEOPLE, she showed up in a "rhinestone-encrusted bodysuit and beekeeper headgear.")

While being the sister of a megastar in the 21st century must have its challenges, Natali isn't complaining. She uses her outlandish older sister to settle family disputes about her own wardrobe choices. She explained that when her father would complain about an outfit, she'd retort, "Well, at least I'm not walking out on the street with red pasties."

He'd agree with a simple: "Good point."
