Las Vegas Nails!

I'm in Las Vegas baby!! Just landed super early this morning. It's my graduation/ birthday present so instead of birthday nails I skipped straight ahead to Vegas nails!

Here we have diamonds and hearts! I used Sinful Colors Black on Black as the base then did the shapes in OPI Alpine Snow before going over them in Zoya Sooki.

A for Ace. Again, Sinful Colors Black on Black as the base, and I used a Kiss nail art pen in white to do the letter.

Clubs and spades (my fave)! OPI Alpine Snow is the base then I used a Kiss nail art pen in black to do the shapes because the brush and nail polish just wasn't working for me. I found it a lot easier to draw with a pen than brush. My thumb is also white but has a black A, like my other thumb. I did a coat of Essie Good to Go over all my nails, but for some reason it discolored the black nail art pen and made it look a little grey (as you can see here), which is kind of crappy, but I didn't feel like doing it all over and using Seche.

Hopefully this brings me some luck!

Deborah Lippmann Fast Track Treatment!

Today is my birthday!! I was going to show you guys my birthday nails... but I'm still kind of working on them haha So I have this instead.

I got this in an email a few days ago, it's new for summer!

You get all the essentials for a long lasting mani. I've heard good things about all these products, so buying the set is a really good value!

The right shade of blush for you !

Fair to light

Since your skin is light you have to be careful with the amount of blush you put on. A little goes a long away.

Try a light pink or peach color. You can also wear a natural pink or red or wear a peachy bronzer instead of blush.

Medium to honey

With your skin tone you can use a coral or pink blush. If you want you can also higlight your cheekbones to make the blush really pop.

For a warmer look wear a medium toned bronzer instead of the blush, along your temples and cheeks.

Olive

If you have an olive skin tone you can wear a pinkish beige blush. You can also try a bright coral or pink shade to brighten your skin.

Dark

Darker skin tones can try a magenta or apricot to accentuate your cheeks. You can also try orange or hot pink blush for a more dramatic look.

Hot Topic Warpaint Beauty Haul!

I was recently at Hot Topic and noticed that they had a lot of beauty products on clearance. They were all Warpaint Beauty products, which I've never tried before so I decided to rummage around and see what I could find.

I got three eyeliners:
Disco Ball- silver with slight silver shimmer
Blue Monday - Medium blue
New Blue- Light blue

two nail polishes:
Black Light-  Clear polish that glows under black light
Galaxy- Duochrome blue and purple glitter

three eye shadows:
Destoyer- Black base with rainbow glitter
Rich Bitch- Metallic brown/ bronze
Start Here- Matte cream

Disco Ball, New Blue, Blue Monday

Start Here

Rich Bitch

Destroyer

I haven't tried the nail polish yet, but the eyeliners are kind of iffy. They didn't show up on my water line, but I'll have to try them out on my upper lid to see if they are any good. The one thing that I have used is Start Here, I've used it as a highlight shade under my brows for the past two days and I really like it. I haven't tried out the other two shadows yet, but they are pretty good quality. Rich Bitch and Start Here are both really smooth, but Destroyer is a little gritty because of the glitter. I'll be trying out looks with them all soon so I can give a better review.

I forgot to mention that all the products are only $1.99! So if the quality isn't that great at least the price was!

Bamboozle nails!

Today was the first day of Bamboozle! So, of course, I had to do a special mani.

My pointer and middle finger are a coat of OPI Alpine Snow with Sinful Colors Black on Black stripes. I was kind of inspired by an picture I saw of Gwen Stefani wearing black and white striped pants. My thumb, ring and pinky are Sally Hansen Brisk Blue (I believe) and Zoya Sooki and Sinful Colors Black on Black for the leopard print. This was inspired by the colors of Bamboozle.

The stripes on this hand came out much better than the ones on my other hand, which I spared you from seeing haha

But I like it overall, and think it looks pretty cool.
