Fly, two coats. This is an aqua creme. It's a little darker than traditional 'aqua. I like the color, definitely think it would look better on short nails though. I like how bright it is without being neon.
The formula on this was better than Did It On 'Em. It was less sheer and needed less coats to be completely opaque. It was smooth and has really nice coverage. I wish it was a little creamier, but other than that it's a really nice formula. OPI really never disappoints formula wise.
