Finger Paints Special Effects Twisted vs. Nubar 2010

I thought I would do a comparison of Twisted and Nubar 2010 because some people seem to think they look the same, but they look nothing alike!

Twisted on the index and ring finger, Nubar 2010 on middle and pinky.

This is one coat of Twisted over black and one coat of Nubar 2010 over black. As you can see the Nubar 2010 flakes are much smaller than the ones in Twisted. Also the flakes in Twisted are multicolored while the ones in Nubar 2010 are all the same color. These are definitely not dupes! So if you already have Nubar 2010, you can totally still get Twisted or any of the other Finger Paints Special Effects polishes!

But when you tilt your nails, Both Twisted and Nubar 2010 have a very strong green flash.

So they actually are pretty different. I like Twisted more; I think it's just way more festive and fun. I love that the flakes are all different colors opposed to all the same color. I do love Nubar 2010, but I love Twisted more at the moment lol

Nubar Jeans

So, I'm on the verge of created a full scale dupe list... and this came to my attention today.

Nubar Jeans! Does this remind you of anything? Chanel Les Jeans de Chanel maybe? Yes,
dupes. There are dupes for pretty much every other Chanel polish, it was only a matter of
time.

From left to right:
Faded Jeans- light blue shimmer
Boyfriend Jeans- medium blue creme
Dark Wash Jeans- dark blue creme

As far as I can tell, the only difference between the two collections color wise is that the lightest
blue in this collection is a shimmer, while all the Chanel ones are cremes. Also, this is
obviously a good amount cheaper than Chanel. Each Chanel polish is $29, while this pack of three is only $19.99.

Nubar 2010!

About a week ago I was stuck in the most ridiculous nail polish rut. I was so uninspired it was crazy, I really have no words. So, in the midst of this rut I bought the awesome Nubar 2010!

So awesome, it goes from red to orange to yellow to green to blue. It's a c lear base with these flecks or multi-chrome stuff. I love it. Definitely got me out of my rut, it's super fun to look at. Even my dad liked it, said it would be a good color for a car lol Anyway, here I have two coats of Sinful Colors Black on Black then one coat of Nubar 2010 and Seche on top. Oh, you seriously need to enlarge all of these picture to see the awesomeness.

Here is a view of the yellow/ green.

And the yellow/green/blue.

I bought this on Ebay for $7.70 plus free shipping and it came in like 3 days. Definitely worth it, definitely awesome.
