The base for all of them is OPI Alpine Snow and a slew of other colors for everything else.
Thumb- Sinful Colors Black on Black for the words then a coat of Sally Hansen In the Spotlight
Index- Sinful Colors Black on Black and Revlon Silver Dollar
Middle- OPI You Don't Know Jacques for the frosting (supposed to be a cake lol) and Sinful Colors Black on Black and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Lightening for the candle
Ring- a bunch of different polishes, including Sally Hansen, Revlon and Orly for the balloons and Sinful Colors Black on Black for the strings. Oh, and I used Alpine Snow to highlight the balloons
Pinky- Orly Frisky for the box and OPI Siberian Nights for the ribbon and bow.
And of course, trusty Seche Vite to finish everything off.
