Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner

So Urban Decay describes this shade as black with accented rainbow glitter. It does have multiple colors of glitter however when you wear it the base it transparent not black. But it still is pretty cool, I really like the different colored glitter because when light reflects it you can see all the colors. The brush is really thin so it is great to create really thin lines and control the amount you put on.
Once the liner dries it stays in place and does not fall off. I placed a small amount on my hand, let it dry, rubbed it and it still doesn't come off. So that's pretty cool because you won't have to worry about getting any glitter in your eye or getting it all over your face.
These liners are very fun and you can create many looks with them. You can wear it alone as liner, over eyeshadow or eyeliner. Adding a little of this glitter eyeliner can really bring attention to your eye.
